Qualifications
What We Look For

Required
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a comprehensive state and federal background check
- Strong communication skills and a professional, caring demeanor
- Ability to follow care plans and document services accurately
- Physical ability to assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care tasks
Preferred
- Prior experience in home care, personal care, or a related caregiving role
- CNA, HHA, or other relevant certification
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
